What should I do if I need help with my insurance policy?

Please contact your insurance broker for questions about your insurance policy or policies – Close Brothers Premium Finance Ireland only manages the administration of your insurance premium finance.
You will be able to find your insurance broker's contact information on your insurance policy and any communications sent by them.

How do I change my payment dates?

To change your payment date, you can call our customer service team on 01 862 2560. Please ensure you have your account reference number to hand. 

I'm worried I might miss a payment in the future – what should I do?

We understand when customers are worried about future payments, especially at the present time, and will do our best to support you.

Please give us a call on 01 862 2560 and enter your account reference number when prompted. Or email us at [email protected].

If you are worried about your financial position, or you are concerned that your insurance cover may no longer be suitable for your needs, please contact your insurance broker directly to discuss your options. You will be able to find their contact information on your insurance policy and other communications sent by them.

Why has the telephone number changed?

The telecoms regulator in Ireland (ComReg) announced that the use of 1890, 1850 and 076 numbers would be discontinued on Friday 31 December 2021 – meaning we've had to update our telephone numbers.
Our new telephone number has changed to 01 862 2560, which can be used with immediate effect.

I've missed a payment, what happens next?

We recognise that these are difficult times for everyone, so please don't panic. We will automatically send you a letter notifying you of the missed payment and advising you that you will need to make a payment within the time set.
To make a manual payment or to discuss your options if you think you're not going to be able to make a payment, call our customer services team on 01 862 2560. Please ensure you have your account reference number to hand.
