My bank account has been closed by Ulster Bank or KBC Bank Ireland and I've not yet opened a new bank account, what does this mean?

A valid Direct Debit mandate is required to collect payments on your agreement; therefore, you will need to open a new bank account.  Once you have your new bank account opened please contact us at the earliest opportunity to update your Direct Debit mandate.  


If details are not received before your next scheduled instalment, this will mean that we can't collect the payment via Direct Debit and your account may fall into arrears. Should this happen, we'll send you a letter to explain the timeframe in which you can make this payment and provide new bank details. 


If you don’t make the payment this may result in your agreement being cancelled and may impact your credit record. This could also result in the cancellation of your insurance.
