I’ve received your letter about needing to change my Ulster Bank or KBC Bank Ireland details on my agreement, but my bank account hasn’t yet been closed, what do I need to do?

If you have new bank details, please contact us to arrange for your Direct Debit mandate to be updated (in line with the requirements in question one above). 


If your agreement is due to be repaid before your Ulster Bank or KBC bank account is due to close, there is no need to provide new bank details. However, if you choose to renew your policy and require finance for the premium after your bank account has been closed, you'll need to complete a Direct Debit mandate with new bank account details. 


If your bank account closes before your agreement with us is completed, please contact us to update your Direct Debit mandate with new bank account details at least five working days prior to your next instalment date.
