I've missed a payment – what happens next?

We recognise that these are difficult times for everyone, so please don't panic. We will automatically send you a letter notifying you of the missed payment and advising you that you will need to make a payment within the time set.

 

To make a manual payment or to discuss your options if you think you're not going to be able to make a payment, call our customer services team on 01 862 2560. Please ensure you have your account reference number to hand.

 

If you’re experiencing financial difficulty please contact our customer services team on 01 862 2560 or if you’re concerned that your insurance cover is no longer suitable for your needs, you should contact your insurance broker directly to discuss your options.
 
You will be able to find your insurance broker's contact information on your insurance policy and any communications sent by them.
